Returns and Cancellations

  • General Return Policy:
    Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 7 business days after delivery. Also we will gladly accept returns of any unused and unopened items for exchange or refund of the purchase price.
    You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

    - All returned items will be inspected and must be approved by our customer service department. .
    - Item(s) must be in resalable condition and have its original packaging.
    - To obtain a Return Authorization Number(RMA) you must notify Customer Service by either e-mail or telephone during Monday-Friday 9:30am to 6:30 pm EST.
    - We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after (7) business days. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 7 days of receiving your order.
    - You will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
    - The only other way to return a product without a restocking fee is if there were any mistakes done on our end of the service, to which we apologize and ask you to kindly call our customer service and report immediately.
    - For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured US Postal when returning goods.

    NOTE: Return authorization is required. Email us at orderinfo@99perfume.com or call us at 1(800) 980-0072 prior to shipping your package back.

A BROKEN SEAL OF ANY PRODUCT IN OUR INVENTORY WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A RETURN UNLESS AGREED UPON BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
