General Return Policy: any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 30 days after delivery. Also, we will gladly accept returns of any unused and unopened items (excluding fashion accessories, skin care and makeup products) for exchange or refund of the purchase price.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

  • All returned items will be inspected and must be approved by our customer service department.
  • Item(s) must be in resaleable condition and have its original packaging.
  • To obtain a Return Authorization Number(RMA) you must notify Customer Service by either e-mail or telephone Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm EST.
  • We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after (30) days. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You may be charged a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of management.
  • In case you have received free shipping on your order and you tend to return the item(s) for reasons other than an order/item error, the nominal ground shipping rates will be deducted for the item(s) before any refund is processed.
  • If there were any mistakes done on our end of the service, to which we apologize, we ask you to kindly call our customer service number and report the issue immediately.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured US Postal when returning goods and retain your tracking number.

1-800-980-0072 prior to shipping your package back. Returns must be shipped directly to 99Perfume.

If your package is returned to 99Perfume.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, there will be an $8.00 re-shipping fee. We incur a penalty from UPS which exceeds this amount. If the item was returned due to an internal error, the additional fee will be waived.


Your order may be cancelled provided it hasn't left our shipping facility. If the order has left the warehouse, and you still wish to cancel, when the order is returned to us the shipping fee is non-refundable. Please call us toll free at 1-800-980-0072 between 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m E.S.T if you need any changes made to your order provided the order still hasn't been shipped. Claims
